At YOKKAO, we are committed to providing high-quality Muay Thai gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the gear is clean and unused.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
